For additional comfort this superb luxurious caravan has a gas fire,cooker & hob,and integrated electric heating to all bedrooms and

bathroom which is very spacious with large shower,there is also a separate WC and sink.

Situated on 'Rose View' on by far the best plot on the site.

Very close to all amenities it is in a prime location as can be seen on the park map.

From the large veranda, which has a disabled access ramp and gate, there are

direct sea views of Filey Bay all the way to Filey Brigg and Bempton Cliffs.

For your convenience the beds will be made up for your arrival

and the caravan will be personally cleaned each week to a high standard by the owners.

The lounge is equipped with a 24" wide screen TV DVD/CD Sky TV and XBOX with Games, DVD's, Books, Board Games there is

also Sky TV/DVD in the second bedroom.

Parking places for two cars for your convenience - FunWorks passes can be purchased at reception.
