This 2008 Atlas Sapphire Super is equivalent to a 'Haven' Prestige accommodation. This extra wide (36ftx12ft) luxury holiday home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, (1 double, 2 twin) is double glazed and has Gas combi central heating with thermostatic radiator valves, ensuring your comfort at all times of the year. It is ideally situated on Pine Ridge on a premium pitch with stunning uninterrupted sea views north to Filey Bay and south to Flamborough Head. Pine Ridge J17 is one of the best pitches in Primrose Valley, only a short distance from the main entertainment complex, but far enough away to avoid noise and disturbance at night. Nearby is the sensational £6 million state-of-the-art pool. The caravan is alongside a tarmac road and has a hard core parking area for your exclusive use.The accommodation comprises an amazingly spacious lounge complete with two seater and three seater sofas facing the double glazed PVCu front French doors. It has a separate dining area, equipped with 6-seater dining table and dining chairs. The lounge has two radiators, a gas fire, large coffee table, 20” colour TV, video recorder, DVD player; radio cassette / CD player and we provide a selection of books, games and puzzles. The separate dining area is equipped with a 6-seater dining table and dining chairs. The fitted kitchen is separate from the lounge/dining area and is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker with electronic ignition, hob, separate grill and oven, microwave oven, toaster, and electric kettle. The fridge-freezer and microwave are in a standalone area with wine rack. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for six people. The three bedrooms (one double and two twin) are accessed via a hallway leading from the living area. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table whilst the two other bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The twin rooms can be converted to doubles if required. All bedrooms have radiators and all beds have interior sprung mattresses.We provide pillows, duvets, blankets, mattress protectors and we also supply the bedding for six people. Off the hallway is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle and the caravan also benefits from a second toilet with washbasin. For your convenience we provide an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. A fire extinguisher & smoke alarm are provided for your safety.
