This ABI Arizona 35ft x10ft 3 bedroom holiday home is located on Pine Ridge just a short walk from the main entertainment complex with the large Multi-level Pool Complex with Fun pools and SlashZone.
Sleeping 8 in 3 bedrooms it is equipped with duvets & pillows but guests will need to provide their own bed linen.

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers.     Heating is provided in all rooms.

The lounge has a gas fire, TV with freeview, DVD player with a selection of films, hi-fi system & radio.

Also provided is a selection of toys and games for the children.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.

For your convenience we supply 2 tea towels, black bags, kitchen roll and many extras.

Patio furniture is provided for those who prefer outdoor dining.
Gas and electricity are included in the price.     Parking is provided next to the caravan.

Personally cleaned by the owner to ensure the highest of standards.

You will be met by the owner on arrival (2-30pm) so no queuing at reception for keys.
