Sleeping 8 in 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin & 1 bunks) and a convertible double bed in the lounge area.
Duvets & pillows are provided but guests will need to bring their own bed linen or it can be hired from the on-site Hire Shop. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers.
Heating is provided in all rooms. Gas and electricity are included in the price
The lounge has a gas fire, TV with Freeview, DVD player with a selection of films, hi-fi system & radio.
Also provided is a selection of toys and games for the children.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board. For your convenience we supply 2 tea towels, black bags, kitchen roll and many extras.
For those guests who prefer barbeques and outdoor dining there is a patio complete with patio furniture.

You will be met by the owner on arrival (2-30pm) so no queuing at reception for keys.
