This 2006 Model Atlas Everglade Super 35 x 12 ft extra wide holiday home is used by the owners for most of the time and is ideally situated on Maple Grove near to all amenities.

Sleeping 8 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) and one convertible double sofa in the

spacious lounge which equipped with TV/DVD and gas fire.

The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of an oven with hob, crockery and cutlery for eight. Fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board.

There is a shower room with toilet and also a separate WC/washroom.

A fire extinguisher & smoke alarm are provided for your safety.

Duvets & pillows are provided, guests will need to bring their own bed linen or obtain it from the camp hire shop.

The caravan is cleaned and checked after each occupancy.

Parking is available at the side of the caravan.

Gas & electricity are included in the price.    -    Funworks passes are available at reception.
